"state farm was able to insure all my vehicles with the exception of 1. I thought it pretty stupid to have all my cars with state farm and 1 somewhere else. Well so did Kendall at this office. I appreciate the fight in her on my behalf with her own company. When it was all said and done Kendall got state farm to bend and take my last vehicle. When you partner with someone you'd like to think they would fight on your behalf. Well thats Kendall girl got some fight in her. Thank You Kendall. "I've been a "lifer" with Kevin Cunningham. I've been a loyal customer of his for over 20 years. He is an honest, straight shooter, who has always exceeded my expectations. His staff has always been top notch. They will keep their word and follow through, which seems to be a scarce trait these days!

Most recently, I had a car break down in the middle of nowhere (58 miles east of Amarillo, Texas). Unfortunately, the third party (Agero) didn't get us the tow we needed, and after 3 1/2 hours of waiting in the heat, they bluntly cancelled the tow claim. We had to get a tow on our own. It was a terrible experience.

When I returned from that trip, I made one phone call. I spoke with Brandi at Kevin's office. She was super empathetic, really disappointed with Agero and made sure that the claim with Agero would get investigated as a formal complaint between them and State Farm.

In addition, she made sure I was reimbursed in full for the tow. I reached out to the office just once, and was delighted with the commitment and follow though. I was graced with updates, follow-ups and after two weeks, received acknowledgement that the full reimbursement is in the mail. Trust in this organization and their staff. They really do treat you like family!"
